Neighborhood Communication

We’re trying to align the neighborhood communication platform. Nextdoor is riddled with ads, so we have a Discord community as an alternative. We’ll be using this website for high-level recaps and Discord for day-to-day neighborhood interactions.

Neighborhood Elections

Elections are slated for our next meeting in the new year. Elected individuals help manage and advocate for neighborhood concerns with the city. If you’d like to help or know more about the roles and responsibilities up for election, reach out to naha.neighborhood@gmail.com

Austin Energy Presentation

Austin Energy has a 2025 planned tree trimming for that FV-03 circuit shared by NAHA and I-35, and a 2027 trimming on FV-03/FV-01 circuits.

They presented a statistical breakdown of root causes for our circuit(s) outages* and general info on how best to report and track outages.

*statistics are not neighborhood or street specific, they relate to the entire circuit service area (multiple neighborhoods)
